Product Feature

The SR2200 skid steer loader is a new-generation product independently developed by Sibom. It features a robust design, rich configuration, simple operation, stable performance, and comfort and safety. With an optional high-flow system, it can be equipped with most of the auxiliary tools available on the market to handle diverse tasks. The design and manufacturing philosophy of Sibom skid steer loaders is to provide reliable, stable, and efficient operational performance at all times.

  1. Body Structure: The body uses an integrated welded structure, combining the fuel tank, hydraulic oil, and chain box into a single unit to increase strength and reduce deformation. The welding of the fixed-side axle tube, high-strength axles, and internally fitted bearing housings, along with an oil bath self-lubricating bearing system and robust chains paired with high-quality tires, form a basic mechanical transmission structure that is reliable, stable, durable, and virtually maintenance-free.
  2. Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system is scientifically designed to ensure stability, reliability, and durability. Highly integrated brand components guarantee quality and system uniformity. The pump and motor are perfectly matched for an optimal combination of power and speed. The hydraulic control system is precise and straightforward to operate. Neatly arranged pipelines reduce loss and prevent leaks, avoiding fluid contamination. An excellent cooling system introduces clean cooling air through well-designed air passages, continuously hitting the radiator to ensure the vehicle operates non-stop for extended periods. A centralized measurement and control system facilitates troubleshooting and repairs.
  3. Engine: The engine is powerful, energy-efficient, and meets various national emission standards. An automatic preheating control system integrated into the engine EUC can preheat based on the external temperature, ensuring the vehicle starts and operates normally in cold environments. Engine diagnostic features make it easy to check for faults, reducing the risk of continued use without understanding the issues, which could lead to irreparable damage and significant economic loss. A multi-layer intake filtration system ensures smooth operation even in high-dust environments.
  4. Cab Design: The positive-pressure cab continuously protects the operator with safety and fresh air. It is spacious, bright, and quiet. The adjustable front and back, reclining seats accommodate operators of all sizes, enhancing comfort. Larger side windows, a top window, and interior and exterior mirrors provide an excellent view of the external environment and the loader’s corners and working area, improving safety and visibility. The cab features a large-angle tilt-back design for easy lifting by one person; the rear cover can be fully opened, making maintenance very convenient.
  5. Control Panel: The integrated deluxe instrument panel is clear and easy to understand, with ergonomically arranged buttons within easy reach for simple and convenient operation. An electronic control self-locking interlock design reduces operational errors, enhancing safety. Dual throttle controls include a manual throttle for convenience, freeing up the feet, and a foot pedal that suits your daily operating habits. Multimedia integration allows operators to find passion even in monotonous work.
  6. Quick Change Device: The standard equipment includes a manual single-side quick change device, which is easy and saves effort, allowing for the quick and convenient replacement of various attachments. The hydraulic quick-change connectors use imported Faster combination-style quick couplings with an automatic pressure relief function, making attachment changes effortless.
