Product Feature
  1. The hydraulic drive attachment is the ideal tool for removing thick snow from driveways, footpaths and car parks;
  2. Optional low-throwing cylinder or high-throwing cylinder, suitable for different working conditions on different occasions;
  3. The direction of snow throwing can be achieved 270 (low throwing) / 200 (high throwing) degrees of rotation positioning, convenient for a variety of operating environments;
  4. The snow-throwing direction of the snow-throwing port can be adjusted to ensure that when a large amount of snow is thrown, the equipment works smoothly and achieves the ideal working condition;
  5. Adjustable height of the support legs, to prevent the blade plate touching gravel and damage to the ground paving surface layer;
  6. Fast operating speed, is the ideal snow removal machinery, to meet the requirements of urban rapid snow removal;
  7. The farthest able to throw the snow to 12 meters away, according to the thickness of the snow layer, adjust the operating speed of the snow thrower at the right time, in general, the operating speed control in 0-1km/h.
  8. Can be used jointly with snow shovels, snow removal roller brush and transport vehicles to achieve the removal, collection of top loading (heightened throw cylinder), transport out of a dragon rapid operation, to protect the safety of urban roads and highways.
Performance Introduction
  1. The snow blower and skid steer adopt quick link, disassembly and installation is completed in 2 minutes, the rear peg plate of the snow blower adopts mounted pegs, and the pegs can be replaced according to different hosts. Snow collector box is equipped with mounted skid plate on both sides for easy replacement. The snow blower can choose either a low or high thrower, both of which can be quickly interchanged. The high cylinder is hydraulically folded, and the folding cylinder has a hydraulic locking device with a cushioning function.  
  2. The rotating mechanism of throwing cylinder adopts pressure plate type sprocket anti-dislodgement mechanism, which is composed of motor-driven chain mechanism, which is safe and reliable, and it refuses to adopt the rotating form of guide wheel or guide rail. High throwing cylinder rear triangular support frame, support frame required to have elastic material, is conducive to cushioning the rotation due to the centre of gravity deviation caused by damage to the bracket.
  3. Imported Italian ‘Faster’ quick couplings are equipped with dust caps, stable quality and easy to disassemble. The control wire harness adopts aviation plug, which can realise quick plugging and unplugging.
  4. The winches and snow thrower motors are Eaton branded with high torque and reliable quality. The hydraulic control valve is directly mounted on the flange of the snow thrower motor, which saves space and improves working efficiency.
  5. Built-in winch motor, effective protection of the motor to avoid bumping, the winch motor oil pipe is set at the shield, to protect the oil pipe will not be broken. The winch blades are equipped with ice-breaking teeth, which can crush the compacted snow and ice and roll it into the fan, improving the working efficiency.
  6. The snow collection box is equipped with mounted sliding boot plates on both sides for easy replacement.
  7. Stainless steel non-slip pedal is installed at the rear pendant plate to ensure the driver's safe access to the cab for operation.
