The snow pusher blade comes with a replaceable wear-resistant cutting edge plate, made of high-strength wear-resistant NM500, which is strong, wear-resistant and impact-resistant.

  4. Steel structure reinforced design, the bottom wear-resistant material of the blade plate can be replaced. The blade plate is bolted to the snow pusher plate, making replacement and maintenance quick and easy.
  5. The steel pin locking device is adopted, so that the snow blade can push hard snow as well as remove floating snow, which improves the utilisation rate of the product.
  6. Please install the limiting block by yourself according to the host (collecting bucket, tipping bucket).
Performance Introduction
  1. Push snow shovel is a new type of snow shoveling machine developed by our company, which is widely used in airports, highways and city roads, etc. to clean up floating and compacted snow, and it is a kind of efficient and practical snow removal equipment. It adopts quick link with the loader, disassembling and assembling can be completed within 5 minutes. The connecting frame adopts parallel four-link structure to ensure the balance of movement; it can be swayed left and right ± 30 degrees, with forced downward pressure and ground pressure buffer device, adapting to all kinds of highway and airport road surface.
  2. Double-acting two-way hydraulic cylinder, cylinder diameter ≥ 80, rod diameter ≥ 55, can achieve 80KN thrust, reliable work, high structural strength, thrust, to meet the loader high-power output. Adopting the form of ball head mounting seat with seat, the ball head can be rotated by 30°.
  3. Imported Italian Fasteners are selected, equipped with dust cap, stable quality and easy to disassemble. Meanwhile, the roller brush has the functions of balance, profiling and obstacle avoidance, which can automatically profile when encountering uneven road surface and avoid obstacles when encountering obstacles. The spring adopts spring steel with low-temperature resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance, with large pulling force, which can satisfy the pulling force of the blade body when clearing snow normally and ensure the blade body can return to its position quickly after crossing the obstacle.
  4. The snow blade's power system utilizes an independent electro-hydraulic power unit to drive the lifting of the roller brush and the swinging motion of the plow body. The hydraulic system control valve is sourced from a leading domestic brand. All control devices are installed within the cabin, allowing the operator to complete all operations from inside the cab.
  5. The snow blade has buffer spring under the parallel connecting rod holder, which ensures that the blade body will fall back smoothly when it crosses the obstacle at the moment and will not cause damage to the road surface. Shock absorbing cushion is set at the lower connecting rod holder, which has good shock absorbing effect and effectively prevents impact.
  6. The rear parallel linkage mechanism is provided with a steel pin locking mechanism, the insertion of steel pins after the snow bladel no longer has the function of obstacle avoidance, for some of the hard snow cleaning has a very good effect.
